Our Code Of Ethics:

AT CRAZYCEE PRODUCTIONS,

I WILL BECOME A WELL ROUNDED ATHLETE, WHILE TRAINING TO BE A PROFESSIONAL DANCER AND AN OVERALL GREAT INDIVIDUAL.

I WILL LEARN TEAMWORK.

I KNOW WITH THAT COMES GREAT RESPONSIBILITY & NEW FRIENDSHIP.

I KNOW THAT ALONG WITH THE GOOD, COMES DISAPPOINTMENTS, HEARTBREAK & WEAKNESS.

YES, I KNOW THERE WILL BE TOUGH TIMES, BUT THIS IS LIFE AND IF I AM NOT DANCING, I AM NOT LIVING!

I WILL TRAIN MY MIND BY EATING RIGHT, SLEEPING PROPERLY & USING THE EXERCISE METHODS I LEARNED AT CRAZYCEE PRODUCTIONS TO KEEP MY BODY IN TUNE WITH MY MIND!

I WILL NEVER GIVE UP OR QUIT OUT OF FEAR.

WHO IS FEAR? THEY ARE 3 PEOPLE!

ME, MYSELF & I!

Etiquette to nailing A real HIP HOP DANCE Casting Call/ Company audition:

Here we expect truth REAL HIP HOP. NOT COMMERCIAL, MUSIC VIDEO, HIP HOP IN HEELS, POP HOP, TRIP HOP OR PORNO HOP!

*Disclaimer: Each company/ organization is looking for their own interpretation of the culture, mostly made up & not a 40-year traditional guideline or created styles/genre of dance.

Our Learning Institute 4 The Urban Arts Presents THE TRUTH...

Rule #1 PERSONAL HYGIENE IS DEMANDED!

Young ladies and young men it is time we take responsibility for our own actions so taking a shower & bath is a good choice. Don't use order masks to replace proper cleaning.

Dance is a form of athleticism please remember. Extra wash up and if it is against your religion to not put on the necessary items to not cause others discomfort then you have to come up with another remedy because people may be uncomfortable to tell you, but here at CCP, we have no tolerance for Body Odor that is offensive to others. We take great pride in our company and our rules are simple!

(TAKE PRIDE IN YOURSELF AND KEEP YOU CLEAN AND WE APPRECIATE YOU and will not TOLERATE ANY LESS).

Rule #2 Look presentable wear PROPER clothing that fit your current size. Make sure your clothes are clean and smell fresh. DO NOT show up in a dress or without proper sneakers to any of our auditions, workshops, classes, etc to street dance in the culture of hip hop. You will be asked to leave immediately because you did not read nor do you respect the true art of hip hop culture. CCP's dress code FULLY ENFORCED at all times!

Rule #3 When attending audition/casting call never ask the choreographer do they know this person and that person. As a dancer, your focus should be only you and drawing as much attention to yourself and nailing that audition. Socializing is NOT your focus. FACT: This will never get you a job, audition or casting call. FOCUS ON THAT AUDITION AND DOING WHAT IS REQUIRED FOR YOU TO STAND OUT NOT GET THROWN OUT!

Rule #4 While auditioning, never go the mirror and start at yourself or poke your lips out while flicking your hair back n forth major NO NO...Please do not turn your booty to a credited choreographer bounce, twerk, or shake major loser. The only person interested your "behind" or hair swinging is you. If there is a camera present and you don't acknowledge you are being recorded or worse focus on the choreographer or assistant in the room during your audition, you just cost yourself the position, acceptance is school, company, training or job!

Rule #5 DON'T WASTE TIME! Be still & focus. Do NOT do your own thing while in class/ at an audition/ casting call. Don't waste the time of professionals!

Rule #6 Dance auditions are not meeting spots for bragging rights, but very serious to the companies, organizations that are holding them. We are seeking talented individuals who take their craft equally as serious as we take pride in our selecting process. Please take yourself seriously when attending any audition/casting calls. Read instructions and carry yourselves accordingly & respectfully to those you come to audition for.

Rule #7 The biggest turn off is name dropping or cocky attitudes or too much going on with your face (makeup) or outfit! Please tone it down real credited companies or organizations want to see the real you not your representative so put it away!

Rule #8 Time to get real! Research the company in which you plan to audition for notes on their do's and don'ts and respect that. Come as they require and or do what you have read. No Exception!

Rule #9 You must have experience unless it says not needed. Taking one class or a workshop with a celebrity dancer is NOT credible. Training, education taking your craft serious and invested time is credible. Your talent, execution, and technique will open it a little but your personality, perseverance, stamina, attitude and professional personalities will do the rest. Don't waste time

Rule #10 DO NOT SEND YOUR REPRESENTATIVE! PERIOD THAT'S ALL.

Rule #11 If you have never had any training or professional classes from a credited school or programs you have attended and invested in...and you only dance for your friends and family, please stop saying you are self-taught. Mimicking is not self-taught. It copying what you have seen someone else do. Stop saying you took a credited art form and made it your own! Stop with the short cuts in life. Anything worth having is truly worth working for so you can appreciate the journey along the way and be proud of your accomplishments without handouts or a lucky break this only last a few fast pace mins of fame, not a lifetime because it was not earned. Please take the time it takes to research the craft you claim to love or want to master by seeking the proper school, instruction, training or classes to help assist down that path.

Rule #12 If you are not American citizen please ask about our foreign exchange program but you cannot audition for American casting call or audition because we have certain guidelines we must follow in the United States. Do not get discouraged, but encouraged inquire within about our international programs.

Rule #13 Conduct code of ethics are immensely follow..if you do not and cannot conduct yourselves as professional at all times this is not the company for you. Thank you for coming but NEXT!

Rule #14 If asked to perform another style of dance that you state you can do it is a requirement that you do so. We recommend, if selected to stay, that you have another audition piece prepared. You may be asked to perform and have music ready to go. We will not wait for you to go to your car and look for a song. We will not find music for you. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Rule #15 NO GUM CHEWING, CANDY SUCKING AND DEFINITELY NO LOLLIPOPS OF ANY SORT. EATING IS PROHIBITED ON PREMISES. No soda or snacks allowed at all.

Rule #16 No smoking outside, inside or period. If you are a smoker, we are not interested. Do not apply.

Rule #17 NO DRUGS OR ALCOHOL WILL PERMITTED OR ALLOWED AT ANY TIME! No exception you will be escorted of premises and or banned for life and in our NO HIRE BLACKLIST FOLDER! So do not test that RULE! We have no sympathy for half baked or inebriated dancers at all. If we smell it on your person or your bag you will be asked to leave immediately. No exceptions & NO REFUNDS. Blood shots eyes, delayed responses, inability to focus, having to use the restroom often are some giveaways.

Rule #18 Come prepared to dance with proper appropriate attire NO JEANS, BUTTON DOWN SHIRTS, MINISKIRTS, TIGHT JEANS, HOLEY PANTS SHOWING UNDERWEAR, SPANDEX PANTS, TUBE TOPS, SEE THREW TOPS, FISHNETS, SPANDEX DRESSES, CLOTHES 4 SIZES TO BIG, UNDERGARMENTS THAT DO NOT FIT, HAIR WIGS OR PONYTAILS THAT ARE NOT DONE CORRECTLY AND COME OFF DURING DANCING OR AUDITIONING, Sneakers with laces tied up properly, NO LOOSE LACES, NO TIMBS, NO BOOTS, NO JAZZ SPLIT SOLE SHOES, NO JAZZ SNEAKERS, NO BALLET SHOES, CHARACTER SHOES, NO BARE FEET OR NO SOCKS NO EXCEPTIONS. NO AUDITION IF ANY OF THESE RULES ARE NOT MET!

Rule #19 There is absolutely NO TWERKING, BOOTY SHAKING, EXOTIC DANCING, HIP HOP IN HEELS (WHATEVER THAT IS) UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES ACCEPTED HERE. IF THIS WHAT YOU ARE DOING AND OR ARE ABOUT WE ARE NOT FOR YOU WE REQUIRE REAL DANCERS AND THOSE WHO WOULD LIKE TO BE TRAINED FOR PROFESSIONAL SKILL & ADVANCEMENT. NOT FOR RECREATIONAL & FUNDAMENTAL VALUE We will not allow our art form to be watered down or any underachievers who did not take the time out to learn REAL technique and training OR take the time to RESEARCH IT!

We will not tolerate the settling of the art form known to us as HIP HOP to continue to be turned into a negative depiction of dancing. If you claim to be qualified to demonstrate, do not be made a mockery of it by not understanding that real authentic training is not shown nor taught properly today.

DO YOUR RESEARCH! Hip Hop (Street Dance) is as a credited art form taught properly as equivalent to Ballet Institution and we treat it as such. We only train the trainable with the understanding of the style of technique and athleticism it takes to become a well rounded hip hop dance professional.

If you cannot comprehend this, this is surely not the training facility or Institute for you!

Rule #20 Do not ask a choreographer do they know another choreographer for dancer credit. This shows your inexperience and will be overlooked. If you are bad, then you make whoever taught you, look even worse. DO NOT audition with someone else's piece it will show it does belong to you. No matter how good you look in class setting alone, it will show it's not authentic nor original or well thought out.

SO DON'T DO IT or waste a professional's time with false representation of yourself. This can get you blackballed, called out, or worse, lead to legal action. So DON'T DO IT!
